B2 operates with a capped capacity to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants, and our programs are highly popular, often maintaining waitlists. Once a spot is reserved, it is held exclusively for the player, preventing others from enrolling. As a result, all payments are non-refundable to maintain fairness and support the operational sustainability of our programs.
Due to the limited availability of spaces and the high demand for our offerings, all B2 programs, sessions, tournaments, clinics, and teams are non-refundable unless requested at least 48 hours prior to first day of program/session.
